Zotion Cad Cam 3D Multilayer Ceramics Block is a high-performance material for dental restoration design that simulates the aesthetic effect of natural teeth through multi-level color gradient and high light transmittance. Key features include:
Multi-level color design: The ceramic block adopts a multi-level color gradient design to achieve a natural transition from the gum to the incisal tip, ensuring the realistic appearance of the restoration.
High strength: Zotion's 3D multilayer ceramic block has excellent mechanical properties and can meet various restoration needs in the oral cavity.
Other oxides: Trace elements such as aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃) improve the mechanical properties and anti-aging properties of the material.
Powder preparation: High-purity zirconium oxide powder is evenly mixed with an appropriate amount of stabilizer and additives to ensure the homogeneity of the material.
Molding: The evenly mixed powder is pressed and molded by isostatic pressing or molding to form a pre-sintered body.
Pre-sintering: The pre-sintered body is subjected to low-temperature pre-sintering treatment to give it a certain strength for subsequent processing.
Multi-layer coloring: A multi-level color gradient design is adopted to infiltrate colorants of different colors layer by layer to simulate the color transition of natural teeth and ensure the aesthetics of the restoration.
